Northbridge Council on Aging to Receive Funding

Boston – State Representative George Peterson (R-Grafton) is pleased to announce that the Executive Office of Transportation and Construction (EOTC) has awarded a grant of $48,448 to the Northbridge Council on Aging.

The EOTC must identify and implement transportation priotities in a fashion that is most responsive to citizens’ transit needs and respectful of their tax dollars. The grant will be used to aid the Northbridge Aging Council in obtaining an extended body minibus, one base radio, and two mobile radios. 

 “The Northbridge Council on Aging is and important part of our Community.” said Representative Peterson. “With the help of the EOTC we can continue to enhance and improve the Council on Aging.”
